Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What this covers

This policy explains what happens when a society cancels its RitualRhythms subscription, and when a refund is available. It applies to the fees a society pays for the platform.

2. Cancellation

A society may cancel its subscription by giving written notice before the end of its current billing period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. The society keeps access to the platform until that date.

3. Refunds

Fees are charged in advance for the billing period. Refunds are available as follows:

• If you cancel before your service goes live, and setup has not begun, you receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after going live, the current billing period is not refunded. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If we fail to provide the service for a material period through our own fault, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected period, assessed case by case.

4. How to request a refund

Write to support@ritualrhythms.in with your society name and the reason. We will respond within a reasonable time.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. What is not refunded

• Fees for a billing period already used.
• Setup, migration or training work already completed.
• Third-party charges, such as payment gateway fees, where those are not recoverable.
