Is our society's data kept separate?

Completely. Each society runs on its own subdomain with its own isolated database, your members, finances and records never share space with another society's.

Do residents have to install an app?

No app store, no passwords. It installs straight from the browser on any phone, and residents sign in with a magic link sent to their email. Guards and office staff get their own purpose-built screens.

How are payments handled?

Bank transfers reconcile against the reference number the member submits; cash and cheque are recorded at the office. Nothing counts until the treasurer approves it, the books stay the committee's.

How long does setup take?
