It applies to the housing societies that use the platform, and to the members, residents, committee members, staff and visitors whose data those societies enter.
The data on the platform is entered by the society and its members. It can include:
The data is used to run the society's platform: billing, events, coupons, gate passes, notices and reports. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to market to your members.
Each society runs on its own subdomain with its own isolated database. Your society's data is not mixed with another society's.
Access is controlled by the society's office-bearers. They decide which members, committee members, guards and staff can see what. We access data only to operate, maintain and support the service, and to meet legal obligations.
We keep a society's data for as long as the society uses the service, and for a period after the service ends, after which it is deleted.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Razorpay). When you pay, your payment details are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card or bank details.
The public website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how the site is used.
Members and residents may ask the society, or us, to correct or remove their personal data, subject to the society's own record-keeping obligations. To make a request, contact support@ritualrhythms.in.
We take reasonable measures to protect the data on the platform, including isolated databases per society, access controls and an audit trail. No system is completely secure, and you should use strong access controls on your own account.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
